NOTICE FROM THE TOWN (6/12) - The CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection will be lowering the water level in the mill pond by one foot per week over the next three weeks in order to facilitate the Springborn Dam removal project. This is the dam on the Scantic River in Hazardville.
