H1N1 Flu Information and Vaccination Form

INFORMATION ABOUT H1N1 INFLUENZA

At the present time:

* if your child has a fever, cough and sore throat, keep that child home until he/she is fever free for 24 hours without the use of medication.
* it is not necessary to keep siblings home unless they become ill.
* we will encourage children to use tissues when coughing, sneezing and not to rub eyes or put hands in their mouth.
* we are encouraging children to wash hands frequently throughout the day.
* If possible we suggest children bring in their own bottle of hand sanitizer for personal use.

We will keep parents updated as information becomes available.
