Hi, I’m Alyssa. I am one of the students participating in the Alaskan Research Challenge in 2007. I am very excited to be going, for a few different reasons. First of all, I’m interested in global warming, and why it occurs. Global warming is affecting the Polar Regions more so than other places, so Alaska is a great place to start doing research. Temperatures are rising all around the world, and people are going to have to be informed about what is going on. I can’t wait to collect data and tell people about what is going on.
Also, it’s going to be a ton of fun taking pictures of all the beautiful landscape!
