• Login with your Parent ID
• Once logged in, click on "Forms" from the left side menu
• Click the "General Forms" tab
• Click "MBA Fall Sports Registration"
• Complete the form and click Submit
• If desired, select another student and repeat the process

**Fall Sports Registration will OPEN 06/25/2026 and CLOSE 8/21/2026**

IMPORTANT: Physical examinations (documented) are valid for a period of 13 months.
